  I am very disappointed in the restaurant's customer service. My friend and I attempted to order online (website) however the restaurant's system could not find my location /address even though it was easy to find on google. It stated that my address did not exist despite the fact that I am not in a new residence or live in a brand new home.

  The second time, I place my custom order online and the pizza was ready before the 15 minutes delay (so no free pizza). The manager told me my previous order took long because of all the ingredients I used (if they can't make a pizza in 15 minutes then they shouldn't say that it's free if it's not ready after 15 minutes). He then told me that the cook had to pay for my late pizza from his own pocket to make me feel bad about myself. I don't think the manager should tell that to their customers, and they shouldn't do that to their employees. However, the vegan options of this place are awesome!

  I've been there twice. The first time, I called to order and the customer service told me I could order online, so I decided to try their Web app. The web app has a couple problems when it comes to check out, sign up or sign into their system. However, it has a lot of choice and allows you to customize your pizza from A to z. I created my own pizza (which was pretty complex). After some tries I managed to place my order, which said that my pizza would be ready 15 minutes after the order was placed. I went there to pick up my order and it was 5-6 minutes late, so the guy who worked there told me that he could give me a credit on my next order, but I wanted a refund because you can't use credit on online orders. He told me I could get a refund by calling customer service, which I did and got my refund.

  I like all the options. You can make your own pizza. Love the wings. I order always from pizza pizza money wise option and great wheat bread.
